Abstract:
Dust testing equipment is a core device for the detection of industrial products’ dustproof performance. It can simulate natural dust climatic conditions to conduct standardized tests on the physical and related performances of various products such as electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, and auto and motorcycle parts. The test results are used to determine whether the products meet the dustproof grade requirements such as IP5X and IP6X, providing a scientific basis for product design improvement and factory inspection. Taking the LISUN SC-015 Dust Test Chamber as the research object, this paper analyzes in detail the application scope, implementation standards, core technical parameters and working principle of dust testing equipment, discusses its practical value in industrial product quality detection, and provides a reference for relevant industries to select dust testing equipment.

After the test, all systems are stopped, the box is opened to verify the sample, and it is observed whether there is dust intrusion inside the sample and whether the intrusion amount affects the performance, so as to determine the dustproof grade of the sample.
4.2 Intelligent Control System
