Abstract: In the field of electromagnetic compatibility testing, lightning surge test is the core instrument to evaluate the capability of electrical and electronic equipment to resist transient interference caused by lightning strikes. Traditional surge test equipment has shortcomings such as fixed model configuration, low functional integration and reliance on external auxiliary instruments, which fail to meet the diversified testing requirements of various scenarios and specifications. Adopting standardized modular design, LISUN SG61000-5 series lightning surge test can flexibly cover the full-range output requirements of voltage and current with the maximum voltage of 0~30KV and maximum current of 0~15KA. It is compatible with various mainstream standard surge waveforms stipulated by domestic and international standards. Equipped with built-in voltage and current attenuator probes and electronic oscilloscope, the device can directly display output waveforms via LCD touch screen without additional external instruments. It greatly simplifies the test operation process and ensures that all waveform parameters strictly comply with standard requirements. This paper analyzes the modular architecture, waveform output capability, integrated functional design and technical parameters of this series of lightning surge test, and discusses its application value in electromagnetic compatibility detection.
Natural lightning strikes and switching of large-capacity loads will generate high-energy transient surges, which are likely to damage the power lines and internal circuits of electrical and electronic equipment. To verify the anti-surge interference capability of products, the industry carries out surge immunity tests in accordance with GB/T17626.5, IEC 61000-4-5, EN61000-4-5 and other standards, and lightning surge test is the special equipment for such tests.
