1) Insufficient cooling water volume of water-cooled condenser or insufficient cooling air volume of air-cooled condenser;
2) The scale on the surface of the condenser tube cluster is too thick or the oil stain is too thick, which should cause heat dissipation difficulties;
3) There is air in the refrigeration system;
4) Excessive refrigerant filling;
5) The valve in the exhaust pipe fails, resulting in high pressure;

Corresponding elimination method:
1) Check whether the non-valve is fully open, increase the water supply or check whether the motor voltage, speed and drive belt are too loose;
2) Clean the scale and oil to make the surface of condenser tube clean;
3) Discharge air;
4) Discharge excess refrigerant;
5) Check and correct the valve;

2、 When there is abnormal sound in the cylinder of the test chamber, the possible causes are:
1) The clearance in the cylinder is too small;
2) The clearance between piston pin and connecting rod bushing is too large;
3) The valve plate is broken;
4) The oil knocking noise caused by oil splashing on the crankshaft crank or connecting rod big end.

Corresponding exclusion method:
1) Adjust the thickened cylinder gasket;
2) Replace the piston pin or bushing;
3) Stop the machine immediately to replace the valve plate;
4) It is not necessary to stop the machine for a short time. If it lasts for several minutes, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection;

4. Cleaning and balancing of circulating fan blades and condenser fans: similar to cleaning evaporator, due to the different working environment of the rapid temperature change test chamber, many small particles such as dust will condense on the circulating fan blades and condenser fans, which should be cleaned regularly.
