Abstract:
Electrostatic discharge (ESD) is a typical electromagnetic interference source that causes crash, reset, data abnormality and even hardware damage of electrical and electronic equipment. esd test equipment is the core device for conducting ESD immunity verification and ensuring product reliability. Taking the LISUN ESD61000-2 series electrostatic discharge generator as the research object, this paper focuses on the core functions of esd test equipment. It systematically elaborates the technical principle and implementation method of accurately reproducing standard ESD pulses to provide standardized and reproducible test conditions for performance evaluation of various products under electrostatic interference scenarios. Combined with instrument technical parameters, calibration data and standard compliance, this paper analyzes key capabilities such as contact discharge, air discharge and multi-resistance-capacitance module adaptation.
