Abstract:
This paper takes the JL‑56 IPX5 and IPX6 Waterproof Testing Machine in the LISUN JL‑X waterproof test system as the research object. Based on the test requirements specified in GB/T 4208‑2017 *Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP code)*, clauses 14.2.5~14.2.6 and Figure 6, this paper analyzes in detail the hardware configuration, technical parameters and test performance of the system, and verifies its compliance in IPX5 and IPX6 waterproof grade tests. The research shows that the machine fully meets all national standard requirements for water jet and strong water jet tests through precise nozzle configuration, flow control and water pressure regulation. It can be widely used in enclosure protection testing of electronic appliances, LED luminaires and other products, providing reliable testing means for product quality control.
1. Introduction
