Artificial power supply networks (LISN/AMN, Line Impedance Stabilized Networks) are connected in series between the power grid and the device under test (DUT) during EMI conducted interference testing. They output standardized impedance in the 9kHz~30MHz test frequency band, isolating background noise from the power grid and filtering out radio frequency interference from the external power grid, providing a clean power supply environment for the DUT. The device’s RF measurement port can couple and extract the conducted interference voltage generated by the power terminals of the DUT. An external EMI receiver can then be connected to complete the acquisition and spectrum analysis of the power line terminal interference voltage, avoiding test deviations caused by fluctuations in real power grid impedance. This ensures the reproducibility and comparability of test results under different laboratory conditions and time periods, and is widely used for EMI conducted interference certification testing of products such as lighting equipment and information technology equipment.
