  • LSBCI-40 Bulk Current Injection (BCI) test system is specifically designed for automotive EMC immunity testing. It fully complies with standards such as ISO 11452-4, GB/T 33014.4, and SAE J1113-4. The system is primarily used for conducting RF bulk current injection (conducted immunity) tests on various automotive components and electronic devices within the 100 kHz to 400 MHz frequency range, making it suitable for R&D pre-compliance testing, product finalization, and third-party laboratory certification.

    LSBCI-40 features an integrated architecture incorporating a signal synthesizer, a three-channel high-precision power meter, an RF power amplifier, and a dual directional coupler. It supports CW, AM, and PM modulation modes as well as unmodulated signals, and offers both average and pulse detection modes to accommodate the requirements of both civilian automotive testing and military pulse testing. The system includes a comprehensive library of standard tests, supports the loading of standard files and the customization of user-defined test libraries, and features a rapid “one-click” calibration function that completes full-frequency-point calibration in under one minute.

    Note: For testing automotive components and electronic devices in the 400 MHz to 3 GHz range using the TWC (Tubular Wave Coupler) method for conducted and radiated RF immunity—in accordance with ISO 11452-4, GB/T 33014.4, and SAE J1113-4—please refer to the LIS-TWC-3G50W model.
