The LEDRACK series LED driver aging rack (also known as an LED driver lifespan and reliability test rack) is designed to perform accelerated aging and reliability endurance testing on a wide range of LED drivers. It offers a broad voltage and current operating range, supports high-power expansion, and is widely used for factory quality control and R&D reliability verification of various lighting LED drivers. The system comes with dedicated PC monitoring software that allows for customizable load parameters and real-time data acquisition of voltage, current, and power. It features five load modes—CC, CV, CR, CP, and LED—and supports power expansion through channel paralleling in any mode. The equipment includes dual automatic protection against over-temperature and smoke, supports customizable power-on/off sequencing and automatic load switching, and comes with various DC adapter boards to accommodate different output interfaces; the product area features multiple shelf configurations to facilitate easy placement and operation.

An optional transformer control module is available for multi-voltage ON/OFF surge aging tests on the EUT. Specifications for LISUN model LS-RT30KVA-3G: 1. 30 kVA is the transformer output power (40/50/60 kVA options available); required power = single-channel load power × number of channels ÷ EUT conversion efficiency (conversion efficiency = output power / input power, typically >80%). 2. “3G” denotes three sets of surge voltages: standard settings are 90V, 110V, and 220V (customizable). 3.
