The JCY-2 Screwless Terminal Deflection/Bending Test Device is a specialized device designed for testing the connection performance of threadless terminals. The device simulates the bending stress that a terminal might experience during actual wiring by applying a bending force in a specific direction after connecting the wire. Simultaneously, it measures the voltage drop during the bending process to assess the terminal’s clamping ability and contact stability, verifying that the terminal maintains a reliable connection even when the bending force is transmitted to the clamping components.
