The JCY-1 Screwless Terminals Electrical and Thermal Stresses Test Device is a specialized device designed for performance testing of threadless terminals. The device simulates the electrical and thermal stress environments faced by terminals in actual use by applying a test current within a set cycle. It assesses the terminal’s withstand performance by measuring the voltage drop and can perform multiple temperature cycle tests to examine whether cracks, deformations, or other changes detrimental to continued use occur during repeated power-on and power-off processes, thus verifying the long-term stability of the terminals.
