  • LIS-CS106 Power Line Spike Pulse Generator is specifically designed for military EMC conducted susceptibility testing on power lines. It fully complies with the CS106 test specifications found in standards such as GJB 151A/B/C and MIL-STD-461F. It is primarily used to evaluate the immunity of AC and DC power ports on equipment—such as that installed on surface ships and submarines—against transient spike pulse interference.

    The LIS-CS106 features a built-in specialized coupling transformer and a high-precision pulse generation unit. It supports an adjustable pulse repetition frequency (1 Hz to 20 Hz) and delivers a maximum linear peak pulse output of 660 V. It offers selectable standard pulse widths of 0.15 μs, 5 μs, and 10 μs, and is capable of continuously applying pulse interference for up to 30 minutes, accurately replicating the transient spike interference conditions encountered in military power systems.

    Note: If you need to perform RTCA DO-160 Section 17 testing—which assesses the transient spike immunity of AC/DC power ports for civil aviation and airborne avionics equipment (requiring a 50 Ω source impedance)—please refer to the DO160-S17 Voltage Spike Generator.
