Product No: MNTC-G1
MNTC-G1 IEC 60598-1:2024 Touch Current Measuring Network Figure G.1 is used to detect the contact current of various electrical equipment and verify the electrical safety performance of the equipment under normal operation or fault conditions. This test network accurately captures the contact current data generated during equipment operation by simulating the circuit environment in actual use, providing objective evidence for determining whether the equipment meets electrical safety requirements. It requires specific auxiliary equipment and, in some scenarios, needs to work in conjunction with matching test components to ensure the standardization and accuracy of the testing process, helping to protect the electrical safety of personnel during the use of electrical equipment and providing reliable support for the safety compliance of products.
Standards:
| Standards No. | Standards Name |
| IEC 60598-1:2024 | Luminaires – Part 1: General requirements and tests |
| GB 7000.1-2023 | 灯具 第 1 部分:一般要求与试验 |
Note: According to the standard required, MNTC-G1 should work together with the Isolation Transformer. And it also should work together with LISUN MNTC-G2G3 and MNTC-G4.
Typical Applications:
• Lighting manufacturers conduct contact current testing on various lighting fixtures to ensure electrical safety compliance.
• Medical electrical equipment manufacturers conduct contact current testing to verify product compliance with medical electrical safety standards.
• Handheld power tool manufacturers conduct contact current safety performance testing on their products before shipment.
• Audio and video electronic equipment manufacturers verify the electrical safety performance compliance of their products.
• Information technology equipment manufacturers test equipment contact current indicators to ensure safe product use.
• Household appliance manufacturers conduct contact current testing on various household appliances to ensure consumer electrical safety.
• Third-party testing organizations provide contact current testing and certification services for various electrical equipment according to relevant standards.
• Quality supervision departments conduct random contact current testing on electrical equipment circulating in the market to regulate industry quality.
• During the R&D phase of electrical equipment, the electrical safety design of products is verified, and circuit structure and protection measures are optimized.
• Laboratory institutions conduct research and specialized testing on contact current testing technology for electrical equipment.
