WDT-B49 Power Cord Wear Resistance Test Apparatus is used to test the abrasion resistance of finished flexible cables. The equipment simulates the wear scenarios of flexible cables during actual use through a specific sample fixing method and reciprocating motion design. It examines the abrasion resistance of the cable insulation layer through continuous mechanical action. After the test, voltage tests can be performed to verify the cable insulation integrity. The equipment supports simultaneous testing of multiple samples, is easy to operate, and the testing process is stable and controllable, providing accurate feedback on the cable’s abrasion resistance performance.
