UL 50E Hosedown Test Apparatus

The JL-UL50EC86 Hosedown Test Apparatus strictly adheres to NMX-J-235/2-ANCE-2020, CSA C22.2 No.94.2:20, and UL 50E Clauses 8.4.1.2 and 8.6 water jet testing standards. Simulating an outdoor high-pressure water jet environment, it is suitable for testing the waterproof performance of lighting fixtures, home appliances, automotive parts, and electrical control products, providing reliable waterproof test data for product research and development, factory inspection and UL certification.

Features:

1. The entire machine casing and sample turntable are made of SUS304 stainless steel, resistant to rust under long-term water spraying conditions.
2. Built-in large-capacity water tank with automatic water replenishment via a float valve, and a low water level alarm to prevent pump damage from dry running.
3. Fully sealed electrical structure of the turntable eliminates the risk of water ingress and electrical leakage.
4. Speed-regulating motor drives the turntable, supporting forward and reverse rotation; prevents wire tangling during live testing.
5. Rotor flow meter provides a clear display of water spray flow rate, supports manual adjustment, and nozzles are customized to UL50E standards.
6. The turntable is equipped with a 220V/10A sample power socket; the program allows for customizable power-on and power-off cycle times (0~999min).
7. A 7-inch touchscreen allows setting the test duration; automatic shutdown upon test completion.
8. The main control uses a Panasonic PLC, paired with imported electrical components from LS and Omron; wiring is neat and clearly labeled.
9. Standard spray gun mounting bracket eliminates the need for manual handling, simplifying long-term testing.
