“Go” And “Not Go” Gauge For G13 Lamp Cap

User's Manual

Applicable LISUN models: GNG-B22D、GNG-E27、GNG-G13、GNG-G5

The structure of the gauge is calculated and optimized using a computer, and then the gauge is machined using a CNC machine tool.

The gauge offers a high degree of precision and aesthetic appeal. It is made of a high-hardness alloy with rust-resistant properties.

Recently, through technological research, the hardness of the gauge has reached HRC 70–75 (GB and IEC standards require HRC 58–65), and the expected service life of the gauge has increased by 2 to 3 times.

2. Technology Standard

GB 1483-2008

IEC 60061-3:2003

3. Maintenance

Handle with care; do not throw it away.

If the gauge will not be used for an extended period, please clean it regularly and take measures to prevent rust.

Storage conditions for the gauge:

An environment with a temperature of 20–25°C and no moisture.

No PH or other chemical substances; no corrosive gases.

4. Precautions Before Use

Before use, please wipe the surface of the gauge to remove oil, dust, and other debris. The surface of the gauge should be clean and shiny.

5. Notes on Use

Please handle with care and avoid subjecting the gauge to impact to prevent deformation.

Testing must strictly comply with standard specifications; do not use the gauge to inspect samples of caps and holders with rough or dirty surfaces.

7. Methods

7.1 “GO” gauge for E27 sockets on finished lamps 7006-27B-1 (Figure 1)

PURPOSE: To verify the maximum dimensions of the screw thread and the minimum dimensions T1 of the carp on the finished lamps shown on sheet 7004-01.

TESTING: When the cap on a finished lamp has been screwed into the gauge as far as

It will go; the center contact will be a teammate of .or project beyond, Surfer X.

“NOT GO” gauge for E27 sockets on finished lamps 7006-28A-1 (Picture 2)

PURPOSE: To verify the minimum outside (major) diameter of the screw thread dimension “d” for E27 caps on finished lamps shown on sheet 7004-21.

TESTING: When the gauge is placed over the thread of the cap on a finished can, with the cap facing upward, the center contact shall not protrude beyond surface “X.” Only the weight of the gauge itself shall be used in the test.

“GO” gauge for dimension “S1” of E27 caps on finished lamps 7006-27C-1 (Figure 3)

PURPOSE: To verify the minimum and maximum dimensions (S1) of E27 caps on finished lamps shown on sheet 7004-21

TESTING: When the cap on a finished lamp has been pushed into the gauge as far as it will go, the surface “W” of the plunger shall be coplanar with or extend beyond surface “X,” but it shall not extend beyond surface “Y.”

Gauge for finished lamps equipped with E27 bases for testing contact closure 7006-50-1 (Figure 4)

PURPOSE: To verify the dimensions of lamps to ensure proper contact in IEC holders.

TESTING: The shape of the lamp, as it relates to its fit in the lamp holder, is considered correct if the lamp can be pushed into the gauge until plane W reaches plane V or extends beyond it.

Gauge for caps on finished lamps to test protection against accidental contact during insertion 7006-51A-2 (Figure 5)

PURPOSE: To verify protection against accidental contact when inserting E27 caps into finished lamps.

TESTING: The lamp’s shape is assumed to be correct with regard to protection against accidental contact. If, when the lamp is pushed as far as possible into the gauge, surface W does not protrude beyond surface V.

Gauge for caps on finished lamps to test protection against accidental contact 7006-51-2 (Figure 6)

PURPOSE: To verify the protection against accidental contact provided by E27/51X39 caps on finished lamps.

TESTING: The shape of the cap is assumed to be correct with regard to protection against accidental contact. If, when the cap is pushed as far as possible into the gauge, surface W does not protrude beyond surface V.
