GNGPL-TIS166FA10 TIS166-2549 Fig A.10 Test Gauge is manufactured according to Thai Standard TIS 166-2549 Appendix A, Clause 22, designed for minimum withdrawal force test on current-carrying poles of flat-round pin socket-outlets. The gauge’s own weight provides pulling load to verify the minimum clamping capacity of socket contact sleeves, preventing accidental plug drop-out, power failure and overheating risks. It is an essential test fixture for flat-round pin Thai socket-outlets to acquire TIS safety certification. The gauge is made of non-corrosive stainless steel with critical dimensions complying with drawing tolerances. Its body length is engineered so that its self-weight equals the specified minimum withdrawal force.

• Repeat the test on all current-carrying holes of the sample socket.
