Ground Reference and Power Offset Simulator

Product No: LIS-OFFSET-10V10A

  • Specifications
  • LIS-OFFSET-10V10A Ground Reference and Power Offset Simulator is designed and developed in strict accordance with ISO 16750-2:2023 Clause 4.8. It utilizes a four-quadrant bipolar power supply architecture and supports the two primary operating modes: constant current and constant voltage. Primarily used to simulate operating conditions involving multiple vehicle power circuits, the device verifies the operational reliability of automotive electrical components in environments where multiple power supplies and ground connections coexist. It is widely compatible with the 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V electrical systems of all types of road vehicles from major global automakers, serving as specialized equipment for automotive electrical and electronic reliability testing.

    Working Principle:
The equipment is equipped with two sets of independent programmable power supplies, capable of applying separate offset voltages to the power and ground pins of the Device Under Test (DUT). Uoffset1 represents the power line offset voltage, and Uoffset2 represents the ground line offset voltage; U1/U2 correspond to the DUT’s power supply lines, while GND1/GND2 correspond to its ground lines.

Power and ground offset voltages can be flexibly configured in accordance with standards to replicate real-world vehicle potential difference conditions. If the DUT has internally interconnected ground pins, the ground offset voltage is applied simultaneously to all ground terminals, thereby accurately simulating the automotive electrical environment for product reliability testing.
