High-Voltage Insulation Resistance Tester

LS-IR1515Y High-Voltage Insulation Resistance Tester, also known as a high-voltage megohmmeter or high-voltage insulation resistance meter, is equipped with comprehensive testing functions for various insulation resistance indicators, a user-defined test voltage function, and excellent anti-interference capability. It demonstrates distinct advantages in strong induced electricity environments such as substations and application scenarios with large distributed capacitance.

The tester adopts a true-color touch screen, on which all test data and battery power are displayed simultaneously for clear visibility. The combination of knob switch and buttons enables extremely simple operation. Users do not need to memorize complicated operating methods; clicking the “HELP” button on the screen will pop up the operation guide, effectively instructing users to operate the instrument. This product is suitable for insulation resistance testing of large electrical equipment such as high-capacity, high-voltage electrical devices and transmission lines in strong induced electricity environments. It is a common and indispensable instrument for power supply departments in electric power, telecommunications, meteorology, computer rooms, oil fields, electromechanical installation and maintenance, as well as industrial and mining enterprises.

The built-in test timer of the tester automatically records the test duration and stores test results with date and time stamps. Historical recorded data can be easily viewed on the touch screen. The fully isolated USB interface and Bluetooth communication allow secure upload of test data to PCs or mobile phones for user’s data analysis. The tester is configured with test leads with double insulation and shielding layer, and the high-voltage probe is equipped with replaceable alligator clips and hooks, adaptable to various testing sites.
It features a sturdy double-layer casing structure, and the outer casing has an IP65 protection rating, which can prevent the intrusion of moisture and dust during transportation and storage, and resist impacts to effectively protect the instrument.
