The LS-FAA25F Vertical Bunsen Burner Test for Cabin and Cargo Compartment Materials simulates the initial combustion environment of an aircraft cabin fire. A sample of interior material of a specified size is vertically fixed and quantitatively burned at a designated location using a standard ignition source to evaluate the flame-retardant performance of the material. The LS-FAA25F automatically records key parameters such as combustion time, flame spread rate, and drip burning patterns to determine whether the material meets relevant vertical combustion standards. It is widely applicable to the flame-retardant performance testing of various interior materials used in aircraft, ships and automobiles, including seat fabrics, trim panels, carpets and cushions.
