• Glow wire diameter: 4mm ± 0.04mm Ni/Cr(80/20) special-ordered standard ring shape, put in horizontal;
• Thermocouple diameter: 0.5mm K type, import insulated thermocouple which can endure high temperature, and it can endure about 1100 ℃ (superior to standard 1050 ℃);
• Glow wire heating temperature under electrified: 500 ℃~960 ℃ (digital display,can be preset), fluctuation of temperature < 3 ℃;
• Inspect the temperature during the test: thermocouple is located between Glow wire tester and back panel of box, with distance of 100 m. The outer connect to a temperature to display temperature;
